| Only Indians who are related in the degree of uncle and niece kinship may apply for a Special Marriage License.

| Your
application for marriage under such circumstances is subject
to approval. All other couples who are related by blood ties
are not eligible to file a notice of marriage. Click

You
will need to be accompanied by a Sign Language translator
from the Singapore Association for the Deaf, when you visit
ROM to verify documents and perform Statutory Declaration.
Your Sign Language translator must also be present during
Marriage Solemnisation.

and Statutory Declaration: Both of you are required
to come to ROM at the same time. |

If
your NRIC (Identity Card) is lost, you are required to produce
an acknowledgement receipt for replacement of
NRIC (Identity Card). This receipt with your photograph affixed
and endorsed by ICA, should reflect your name
and date of birth as recorded in your NRIC (Identity Card). |
