Before filing, please get ready the following:
 
  1. NRIC or Passport of the groom, bride and 2 witnesses above 21 years of age (click here)
  2. Solemnisation date, time and the full address of the venue
  3. Consent Form signed by a solemniser (not applicable for solemnisation at the ROM office)
  4. Credit card.
Click here to file a notice for marriage. Please read the Instructions carefully.
 
At the end of filing, please print a copy of the payment receipt and 'Filing Instructions' and act as instructed (eg. when to go to the ROM for Statutory Declarations, what to bring, etc)
 
A notice is good for 3 months and may not be cancelled.
