ROM e-Services via CitizenConnect Centres
Couples can use ROM e-Services from the comfort of their home and at a time convenient to them.
Couples who need to be assisted on e-Services, may approach any of the CitizenConnect Centres (CCCs) nearest to them or go to the e-Kiosks at ROM. The CCCs are located at selected Community Centres islandwide.
Appointment for Verification of Documents & Statutory Declaration (VD/SD)
The grant of a marriage licence to you is subject to legal time-frame. Therefore, please do not change the VD/SD appointment.

Make payment via Credit Card.
Print a copy of the Receipt and
FILING INSTRUCTIONS, and follow up on what to do, what to bring, when to go
to ROM
(the allocated date will be 3-5 working days before the date of solemnization)
for verification of documents, Statutory Declaration, etc.
